There was lots lots of toys and epuipment for children to use.The staff were friendly and pleasant.
The pool was not on site as suggested in hotel information and water park was some way away. Also advice was not given about how to use pool and beach.i.e you needed a ticket you had to pay extra to sit on a sun lounger at the pool and we were charged one day to sit on sun loungers at beach but not on another day and so we were not clear about rules.It may have been lack of English spoken language or lack of Italian on our part!!

The hotel's location was great being close to the beach and highway, which provided easy access to attractions. the breakfast was delicious with a range of Italian options. the pool area was also enjoyable for lounging in the sun.
The rooms were quite small for three people and the AC turned off automatically, which was frustrating. the bathroom was also cramped and barely fit one person comfortably.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with beautiful beaches nearby and easy access to pools for a relaxing swim. the rooms in the hotel are modern and clean, offering a comfortable stay. the staff at the hotel are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant experience. the breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options including homemade cakes and Italian cappuccino.
The hotel could improve their vegetarian and vegan options who have dietary restrictions.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pools were great, and the food was delicious. The staff was nice and helpful. The room in the annex was small but clean, and the balcony and AC were pleasant surprises. We would consider coming back, but we would prefer to stay in the main building.
For us, it was ideal.
